All Change

Basil and Saffy have had a pretty tough year. We've had a new kitchen and new bathroom installed, Both of which involved colossal amounts of noise and dust with walls being knocked down etc. They enjoyed this as much as you expect 2 felines might.

Then just when things had settled down again, this joker turned up:

Basil and Saffy were profoundly unimpressed. After a series of serious chats with us about our lifestyle choices...

Basil has come to accept the new addition, and has even helped with babysitting:

Saffy initially went with the 'ignore it and it will go away' approach, determinedly sleeping through the late night crying sessions:

But then curiosity got the better of her and she has even reluctantly offered to babysit too (in a recalcitrant teenage sort of way):

And now we're one big happy (noisy) family:
