A Few More Pics From Which I Have Leaned...

- Basil is King of the high jump
- Parsley is King of the photobomb - classic.
- And clearly all of that proves very tiring, B&P just love chillaxing : )

More pics and videos soon I hope.

More Fun and Games, Posing for Portraits and Plenty of Cat Naps

Tonight spells the end of my week at home with the kittens and my tiny heart is breaking. In many ways they've been driving me mad, but for the main, I'm really sad to be going back to work and filled with trepidation about how they will handle their first day ' home alone'. I know they will be absolutely fine, and probably much prefer each others' company to mine, but I am a worrier and I am worried.

A selection of pics from the last few days:

Scrapping in the Litter Box

Being boys, Basil and Parsley spend a fair amount of their waking hours play-fighting. Yesterday, they decided it would be a good idea to have a scrap in the litter box, and then track poo over the carpet chasing each other out of said litter box. Gotta love 'em.

Here's what else they've been up to over the last couple of days... as you can see, they really like the laundry basket and our flat is a bloody tip. Exhausting work for them I'm sure.

Day One... so much fun

They're here! They're finally here!

After a fairly noisy cab journey (bless the man from Ad Lee for his patience), Basil and Parsley have settled right in here. Very little fuss, they're storming about like they own the place already. Favourite activity so far seems to be fighting in a large paper bag. They're also delightfully affectionate though, stretching out next to us on the sofa for a nap within a couple of hours of their arrival. No signs of fear or timidness (timidity?) in these tigers. No sir.

Busy Bees

Over the last few weeks, we have been hard at work preparing the flat for our young arrivals. On his part, that has involved a fair amount of clever designing and building of things. On my part, that has mainly involved buying stuff on the internet. Still, stick to what you know, eh?

Ok, I think we need a montage... progress as follows...
"iBeds" now 100% complete:

Bought more stuff:

Essentials:

A bookcase hidey-hole. So jealous of this...

The water-fountain. Sans water, but you get the idea:

Yum:
Behold the amazing Window Defender (isn't he clever):

More my level of assembly... the tower:

The intimidatingly fast-growing Cat Grass (no really, it's like Day of the Triffids in here):
We even found time to paint our kitchen this rather fetching shade of peacock blue. Gorgeous!

In other news, I have finally ordered a new camera, so hopefully this will be the last batch of shockingly bad photos. From now on, they'll just be fairly bad instead.
